NAVR Medical Network Certification Standards
NAVR-certified Medical Network members meet established standards related to ethical practices, professional licensure, clinical credibility, and Veteran-centered care. Certified providers do not operate on contingency fee models, maintain applicable state and federal licensure (including PsyPact compliance where required), adhere to HIPAA and privacy requirements, and utilize formal provider credentialing and ongoing training processes. Certification reflects a commitment to transparency, reasonable fees, and protecting Veterans’ rights and access to care.

- The company provides both DBQs or medical nexus letters.
- The company complies with PsyPact and all applicable state and federal licensure requirements.
